Logic/Control Board Replacement

To receive an appropriate credit and replacement logic/control board, you must return the defective board with  completed RGA/CLBR forms to Marantec America.  Please refer to the owner’s manual for troubleshooting before replacing your logic/control board.

Return Guidelines

Do not accumulate more than 5 replacement boards and return all logic/control boards within 30 days of fault discovery.

Contact Marantec to request an RGA number at 1-888-622-2489. An RGA number is required in order to successfully complete your return.

The return authorization form must be completed and returned with the CLBR Form and defective control/logic board. Both of these forms are available for download below.

The manufacturing date and serial number are REQUIRED  when completing the CLBR form for control/logic board returns.  This information can be found under the lens cover. Get help finding this information

Marantec will ship replacement board at NO CHARGE, or in the case of boards that are out of warranty, they will be replaced at full price.

Marantec may perform quality tests on returned products to ensure further quality control and to verify the reason for a return.  Marantec reserves the right to approve or disapprove the retuned items based on its findings.
