Our garage door opener systems are equipped with a Comprehensive Safety Package that meets or exceeds all UL, State, Federal, and CSA requirements. All of our systems include a Photo Eye Safety system, which uses infrared technology to alert the door to stop and reverse when something is in its path. Opener systems also include rails with quick disconnect emergency releases and fail-safe trolley design:
- Senses obstructions and reverses downward travel
- Built-in backup system reverses door after 30 seconds if close cycle not completed
- Obstruction warning light
- Quick disconnect emergency release with failsafe trolley design
- Clear safety warning instructions and labeling
Security
Marantec's Vacation Lock Mode provides extra protection against intruders looking for an easy way into a garage. Each opener gives off enough light to brighten even the darkest garage.
