Technical Support Representative
Marantec America Corp. is currently seeking a technical support representative to assist with technical customer service calls. Individual will be responsible for providing exceptional technical customer service to the installers of our garage door openers. Qualified individuals will have customer service experience specifically in a technical support role in the garage door/building industry. This position will be located in the Gurnee, IL facility but may require some travel. Excellent communication skills are required.
